All sites were updated to Craft CMS v3.3.18.3 this morning. Along with several plugins.
The most notable change being that your default SEO image will now be pulled in correctly if you don't set one.
While we take the utmost care and do extensive testing before an update like this, it's impossible for us to test everything.
